If you are not genuinely interested then do not bother filling it in as Miss will just add your E mail to her blocked list, therefore wasting your own time.

Please DO NOT put your telephone number on any correspondence as Miss will only reply to courteous, respectful E mails, it is difficult for her to talk on the phone during the day due to spanking miscreants and in the evenings she has her family around. Miss's Mobile only accepts incoming calls and text, if you require a response then please E mail her. Miss ONLY gives out her phone number once you have been to visit, so DO NOT waste her time in asking.
Ensure you have read the site fully and Miss's FAQ section. If you insist on sending Miss an unwarranted E mail it will be added to her blocked senders lists.

Please Do NOT send Miss your photographs or any of an explicit nature. She does not have the time to view them as she runs several websites herself therefore, spends a lot of her free time updating those.
